Ramsey County Library Card Application

Mounds View Public Schools is pleased to partner with Ramsey County Library to provide each of our students with a Ramsey County Library card. This card can be used to check out materials available in the libraries, and provides remote access to digital resources. Please fill out the application (linked above) to create a library account for your student. Cards will be delivered to school and distributed to students later this fall.
